Police are investigating after a woman was fatally struck by a vehicle in Moorooduc last night. The exact circumstances surrounding the incident are still being established, however it is believed several cars had stopped on the side of Mornington-Peninsula Link about 9pm after colliding with debris on the road. It is understood the 64-year-old Safety Beach woman had left her car when she was struck by a vehicle and sadly died at the scene.
