A MAN, pictured, alleged to have stolen four, six and 10 packs of spirits valued at $260 from peninsula liquor outlets “on multiple occasions” has a taste for bourbon and rum. RED Hill Fire Brigade was a big winner at the Bendigo Bank’s grants and sponsorship evening, Tuesday 29 October. It received the largest donation: $25,000, which will allow it to provide room for a new type of tanker. On the night about 60 community groups received more than $250,000 between them from the Rye, Rosebud and Dromana Community bank branches.
