The 16-year-old was last seen on Main Street in Mornington at 2pm on Tuesday 13 June.
Police and family have concerns for his welfare due to his age and length of time that he has been missing.
Joshua was last seen wearing a blue hoodie with a white horizontal line and denim shorts/jeans.
Police have released an image of Joshua in the hope someone can provide information on his whereabouts.
