A warrant has been issued for the 38-year-old’s arrest in relation to theft of motor vehicle.
Police have released an image of Goode in the hope someone recognises him and is able to provide information on his current whereabouts.
Goode is described as 180cm tall with a medium build, blue eyes, light brown hair and a fair complexion.
He is known to frequent the Mornington Peninsula area.
