Police are currently on scene investigating the circumstances surrounding the death of a woman in Seaford this afternoon.
Emergency services were called to Whitby Way where a woman was found with stab wounds about 4.40pm.
Paramedics worked on the woman aged in her 40s, however she died at the scene.
A 44-year-old man was arrested at the scene and is in custody.
Homicide Squad detectives are investigating.
