MT MARTHA-based company 85 Per Cent Pty Ltd, trading as Mount Martha Gourmet Burgers, has been fined $8000 after pleading guilty to employing children without a child employment licence. Workforce Inspectorate Victoria (WIV) charged the business after it employed three children under the age of 15 to perform customer service, cleaning, food packing and serving duties over a period of seven months.
