THE Mornington Courthouse Visitor Centre (Visitor Centre) marked a significant milestone, celebrating 25 years of operation under Northern Mornington Peninsula Tourism (NMPT), with a special anniversary event held at the historic Courthouse building in Main Street, Mornington.
