ROSEBUD Police Station is among the first in the state to welcome a new Police Reservists. Reservists are former officers, many with decades of experience, taking on administrative duties like answering phones, processing paperwork, signing statutory declarations and taking crime reports, freeing up serving police to get out from behind the desk and back into the community. The first 50 reservists deployed across the state have an average of 21 years prior policing experience, with some bringing more than 40 years of service.
