Homicide Squad detectives are investigating the circumstances surrounding the death of a man in Hastings last night (5 May).
Emergency services were called to an address on Salmon Street about 7.45pm after reports a man had been stabbed with an unknown object.
The man, who is yet to be formally identified, was taken to hospital but died en route.
A second man was arrested at the scene and is currently assisting police with their enquiries.
The investigation is ongoing.
