POLICE will prepare a report for the Coroner following the death of a man at a beach in Rye on Friday 24 February.

The man was pulled from the water at the beach off Point Nepean Road about 3.30pm.

Paramedics attended and worked on the man who died at the scene.

He is yet to be formally identified.
