IT was a sea of orange on Main Street Mornington on Sunday (1 December) during the “Walk to stop Violence against Women”. The group had assembled at Mornington Park to hear speakers as part of the “16 Days of Activism against Gender-Based Violence”. Earlier this year, the Prime Minister declared that Australia faced a “national crisis” with one woman being killed every four days at the hands of a man.
