
MORNINGTON Police have offered heartfelt thanks to everyone who has left flowers, cards, and messages of support after the tragic events involving the members at Porepunkah. One member of the public even came with his lawnmower and did the station’s lawns.
Senior Sergeant Dean Delle-Vergini (left) and Senior Sergeant Kirby Tonkin (right) told The News “The outpouring of kindness and generosity from our community means a lot to us and we greatly appreciate it. This tragedy is felt by us all and knowing that our community stands beside us means more than words can express”.
