After wild September weather delayed the start of the season, the Hill & Ridge Community Market returns to Red Hill on Saturday 3 October, bringing more than 200 stalls, great local produce, street food, art, craft and makers to the Red Hill Recreation Reserve.
Set in the heart of Red Hill on the Mornington Peninsula, Hill & Ridge is a place to shop, eat, caffeinate and enjoy a great spring day out. Wander among stalls filled with fresh local produce, plants and flowers, handmade goods, vintage finds and plenty of delicious things to eat.
Community is at the heart of every Hill & Ridge market day. Local clubs and community groups join producers and makers, while the Red Hill Lions Club keeps the parking flowing, with every cent of the $5 parking donation supporting its work in the local community.
Red Hill’s Craft Pavilion will once again become a gallery-shed, showcasing selected works by talented members of the Red Hill Artists Collective. Add live music, good coffee, freshly baked treats and friendly dogs on leads, and you’ve got all the makings of a great spring Saturday in Red Hill.
There are great prizes to be won too, including a Truffle Hunt for Two at Red Hill Truffles, valued at more than $400, plus a $200 hamper of local produce thanks to Mornington Peninsula Produce (MPP).
Saturday 3 October | 9am–2pm
