A MAN in his 50s escaped serious injury when his utility crashed on Stumpy Gully Road, Balnarring on 27 November.
The man is believed to have had a medical episode according to Ambulance Victoria.
Nearby resident Murray Goddard said the road between Myers and Hunts roads had been turned into a dangerous thoroughfare after heavy rain, with deep culverts and potholes.
Mornington Peninsula Shire, which is responsible for the road, was contacted for comment.
