A FRANKSTON-based artist is setting up a new exhibition to display her work in Mt Eliza.

Brodie Alserda is an accomplished local artist, whose work was exhibited at Frankston Arts Centre in 2022. She will exhibit her latest works at Lotus Chiropractic in Mt Eliza from March to May, with prints and greeting cards on sale.

Alserda uses her art to help deal with a range of health issues, including chromosome 6q27 deletion disorder, Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, Functional Neurological Disorder, schizophrenia, Autism Spectrum Disorder, severe anxiety disorder, connective tissue disorder, motor dyspraxia, and chronic depressive symptoms.

Lotus Chiropractic owner Kim Furness said it is “a pleasure to host Brodie’s incredible artwork at Lotus for the second time.” “I have been lucky enough to be caring for Brodie as her chiropractor for more than ten years. The complexity of her health challenges and the difficulties she faces daily are in stark contrast to the beautiful art pieces she creates and the quality of music she plays on her clarinet.”
