A 65-YEAR-old man has described the moment he and his wife were violently attacked by a group of youths at the Frankston Waterfront Festival on 7 February as their deeply distressed children watched on. Rosebud Police are appealing for public assistance following a serious assault in Dromana on Tuesday the 30th of December 2025. Police were called to multiple reports of a male assaulting a female in the vicinity of the Dromana Hub shopping centre and surrounding shops on the corner of Pt Nepean Road and Pier Streets at approximately 8.30pm.
