A NEW defibrillator has been donated to Mount Eliza residents and installed in the Village Green. The Ranelagh Club and Bendigo Bank, alongside organisers and sponsors of the Mount Eliza Swim Classic, made the donation possible. Cr Stephen Batty said every second counts in a cardiac emergency and the first two minutes are crucial.
