THE peninsula branch of the Victoria Police Blue Ribbon Foundation will host its annual Gala Ball fundraiser next month. The Blue Ribbon branch has been fundraising to install two Extracorporeal Membrane Oxygenation machines at the intensive care unit in Frankston Hospital. It has now met its goal, and will begin fundraising for a Fetal Monitoring Service.
