MOURNERS gathered at Frankston Pier last weekend to remember the life of Andres Pancha. Pancha was a 45-year-old father of three from Cranbourne West. He was allegedly killed while fishing at Frankston Pier on the morning of 29 June. A man has since been charged with his murder. A large crowd visited Frankston Pier at sunrise on Saturday, 6 July, to take part in a vigil commemorating Pancha. A Gofundme to assist Pancha’s family has raised more than $22,000 so far.
