FROM barefoot to all-abilities bowls, players of all ages can now enjoy a more comfortable roll at the Somerville Bowling Club thanks to shelter upgrades at their facility, backed by the state government. Minister for Community Sport Ros Spence and Member for Hastings Paul Mercurio opened the club’s upgraded facilities last Thursday (6 November); made possible by a $80,000 grant from the Community Sport and Recreation Projects Initiative.
