ERAMOSA Rd East in Somerville is set for major rehabilitation after Mornington Peninsula Shire approved the appointment of a contractor for the long-awaited project. The decision was made at the 11 August council meeting following a tender process for the Eramosa Rd East rehabilitation project. The section of road between Lower Somerville Rd and Dandenong-Hastings Rd has been identified as being in poor condition, with investigations finding underlying problems with the road subgrades.
