TLC Healthcare has unveiled plans for a $250m integrated healthcare precinct at the Rosebud Hospital site. The proposal was announced this week and would see the existing public hospital rebuilt as part of a large public-private partnership incorporating a new public hospital, private day surgery, aged care, childcare, staff accommodation, allied health services and community facilities.
