Frankston Crime Investigation Unit detectives are appealing for public assistance after two beloved Suzuki motorcycles were stolen from a collector’s garage in Seaford earlier this week.

Offenders gained access to a garage at a Fortescue Avenue property sometime between 3pm on Sunday and 2.50pm Monday.

Investigators believe the offenders entered the garage by using a tool to pry open a window.

The garage door was forced open and offenders stole:

  • two Suzuki 1986 GSXR 1100 motorcycles valued at $30,000
  • a toolbox
  • 5 wheels/rims valued at $5000

Detectives have released photographs of the two stolen motorcycles in the hope that someone may have information as to their whereabouts.

The investigation remains ongoing.

Anyone with information, or who may have spotted the motorcycles for sale via online platforms, is urged to contact Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000 or anonymously at www.crimestoppersvic.com.au
