MEN’S DIV ONE SEN
THE match between undefeated teams Rosebud and Langwarrin saw a goal for goal game, with Langwarrin getting the win after a strong third quarter.
Both teams started very similarly, with Langwarrin scoring 2.2 and Rosebud scoring 2.0 in the first quarter.
Rosebud pulled ahead in the second, leading by eight points at the long break.
In the third quarter, Langwarrin started to pull away from Rosebud, scoring seven goals to Rosebud’s two and leaving a 22 point gap between the teams.
Each team scored three goals in the final quarter, leaving Langwarrin to win by 15 points.
Matt Johnson kicked six goals for Langwarrin. Blake Kulpers kicked three goals for Rosebud.
Sorrento suffered their seventh loss of the season at the hands of Devon Meadows.
The Panthers took an early lead in the first quarter, scoring five goals to Sorrento’s one.
In the second, Devon Meadows managed to take a 43 point lead, sitting at 70 points.
Sorrento managed to score 2.2 in the third quarter to Devon Meadows’ 4.3, leaving Devon Meadows even further ahead.
Sorrento was unable to come back in the final quarter, leaving Devon Meadows to win by 64 points.
Edi-Asp secured a win against Dromana.
The game begun with fairly even scores, Edi-Asp scoring 2.3 and Dromana scoring 2.4 in the first.
Each team scored five goals in the quarter before the long break, leaving a three point difference with Edi-Asp in the lead.
Edi-Asp began to pull into the lead in the third quarter, scoring 3.6 to Dromana’s 2.1 and leading by 14 points.
Dromana fell even further behind in the final quarter, leaving Edi-Asp to win by 25 points.
In a very close result, Frankston YCW managed to come out on top against Mt Eliza.
Frankston YCW took an early lead, scoring 2.3 to Mt Eliza’s 0.2 in the first quarter.
In the second, Mt Eliza managed to score 1.6 to Frankston YCW’s 3.2, leaving Frankston YCW ahead.
Mt Eliza won the third quarter, scoring three goals to Frankston YCW’s two, but the Stonecats still had the lead.
The fourth quarter was very close, with Mt Eliza scoring 3.3 to Frankston YCW’s 1.3, leaving the Stonecats to win by only four points.
Mornington took an easy win against Pines, notching their first four-points for the 2026 season.
In the first quarter, Mornington scored 4.4 to Pines’ 3.1, leaving a nine point gap between the teams.
Mornington began to pull away in the second, putting them in front by 31 points going into the long break.
Pines put another goal on the board in quarter three but Mornington smashed nine goals, pulling further ahead.
In the end, Pines were unable to make an impact against the Bulldogs, with Mornington scoring a further six in the final quarter to Pines’ five, leaving Mornington to win by 84 points.
Matt Caine scored seven goals for Mornington and was among their best. Guy Hendry scored three goals for Pines and was among their best.
MEN’S DIV TWO SEN
TYABB suffered another loss for the season at the hands of Bonbeach.
In the first quarter, Tyabb scored 1.2 to Bonbeach’s 3.7.
Bonbeach continued to pull ahead in the quarter before the long break, scoring five goals to Tyabb’s two.
Tyabb was only able to score one point in the third quarter while Bonbeach added a further 4.4 to their total.
Bonbeach only pulled further ahead in the final quarter, scoring 5.4 to Tyabb’s 4.3 and winning by 70 points.
Chelsea secured a win against the Frankston Bombers.
The scores were close in the first quarter, with Chelsea leading by only five points.
In the second, Chelsea managed to kick eight goals to the Bombers’ three, leaving Chelsea on 83 points and up by 34 points at half-time.
Chelsea continued to pull ahead in the third quarter by scoring 6.1 to the Bombers’ 3.3.
The final quarter saw Chelsea score a further four goals and taking the lead, winning by 51 points.
Jaie Bedson scored five goals for the Bombers and was among their best. Brett O’Hanlon scored seven goals for Chelsea and was among their best.
Seaford had a win against Crib Point.
Seaford started the game strong by scoring 6.4 to Crib Point’s 2.3.
The quarter before the long break had Seaford scoring another five goals while Crib Point only scored one, separating the teams by 46 points.
In the third quarter, both teams performed fairly evenly, with Seaford scoring three goals to Crib Point’s two.
The game ended with Seaford scoring 4.4 to Crib Point’s 3.4, and Seaford took the win by 59 points.
Tom White scored five goals for Seaford. Tyler Hobson scored three goals for Crib Point.
Rye was able to secure a win against Hastings.
In the first quarter, Hastings scored 2.3 while Rye scored 4.3.
Hastings only managed to score 1.3 in the second quarter while Rye scored 4.2, leaving Rye ahead.
Both teams played fairly evenly in the third quarter, each scoring two goals.
Rye was able to come out on top after scoring a further two goals in the final quarter to Hastings’ three, leaving Rye to win by 28 points.
Somerville was able to beat Karingal in their clash.
In the first quarter, both teams managed to score two goals.
Somerville managed to score 4.2 in the second while Karingal only managed to score 2.3, leaving Somerville ahead by 16 points.
Karingal managed to catch up in the third quarter, kicking six goals to Somerville’s four.
In the final quarter Somerville managed to pull away after kicking four goals to Karingal’s one, and Somerville ended up winning by 27 points.
Lachlan Williams scored six goals for Somerville. Liam Matthews scored four goals for Karingal.
Pearcedale used their home ground advantage to beat Red Hill.
Pearcedale had a great start to the game, scoring 2.2 while Red Hill only scored 0.1.
Each team scored two goals leading into the long break, creating an 11-point difference between the teams.
In the third quarter, Pearcedale started to pull away after scoring 5.2 to Red Hill’s 2.2.
Red Hill won the final quarter, scoring 3.2 to Pearcedale’s 1.4, but it wasn’t enough to stop Pearcedale from winning by 19 points.

WARRAGUL Industrials remain undefeated for the season after an easy win against Pearcedale.
In the first quarter, the Dusties managed to score 5.5 while keeping Pearcedale scoreless.
The quarter before the long break had Warragul scoring a further 4.4 while Pearcedale was still unable to score.
Pearcedale finally managed to put a goal on the board in the third quarter, while Warragul added a further 4.1.
Warragul scored a further 4.5 in the final quarter, leaving them to win by 111 points.
Kathryn Kenway scored one goal for Pearcedale. Kaitlyn Carew scored four goals for Warragul Industrials.
Frankston managed to secure a win against Hastings/Balnarring.
Frankston kept Hastings/Balnarring scoreless in the first quarter while scoring four goals themselves, grabbing a 24-point lead.
In the quarter before the long break, Hastings/Balnarring scored 1.3 to Frankston’s 2.3, leaving a 30-point difference between the teams.
Hastings/Balnarring only managed to score two points in the third quarter while Frankston scored five goals.
In the final quarter, Hastings/Balnarring scored 0.1 while Frankston scored 3.2, leaving Frankston to win by 81 points.
Jemma Radford scored three goals for Frankston and was among their best. Ava Masterson scored one goal for Hastings/Balnarring and was among their best.
Mornington notched up their second loss of the season at the hands of Karingal.
The scores were tied in the first quarter, with each team scoring 1.2.
Karingal took the lead in the second, scoring 2.1 to Mornington’s 0.4.
Mornington kept Karingal scoreless in the third quarter while scoring a further four points themselves, leaving a five point gap between the teams.
Karingal maintained their lead in the fourth quarter by scoring 1.5 to Mornington’s 0.1. Karingal ended up winning by 15 points and now sit second on the ladder, one above Mornington.
Tyabb took a narrow win against Bonbeach.
Tyabb took the lead in the first quarter, scoring 1.2 to Bonbeach’s 1.0.
Bonbeach then took the lead going into the long break, scoring 2.1 to Tyabb’s 0.2.
In the third quarter, Bonbeach was only able to score one point while Tyabb scored seven points, leaving Bonbeach ahead by only three points.
Bonbeach was unable to score in the final quarter, leaving Tyabb to get ahead after scoring 1.1. Tyabb eventually won by four points.
