MEN’S DIV ONE SEN
ROSEBUD remain on top of the ladder after their win against Edithvale-Aspendale.
In the first quarter, Edi-Asp scored 0.5 to Rosebud’s 3.1.
Rosebud began to establish a strong lead in the quarter before the long break, scoring 5.5 to Edi-Asp’s 2.2 and leading by 35 points at half time.
In the third quarter, Rosebud scored 4.7 while Edi-Asp scored 2.5.
Rosebud were very inaccurate in their scoring in the final quarter, scoring 0.10 to Edi-Asp’s 2.5, but Rosebud still finished up by 42 points.
Mt Eliza were able to secure a win against Devon Meadows.
Mt Eliza started the game by scoring 8.5 to Devon Meadows’ 5.3.
Devon Meadows were able to win the second quarter after scoring one goal to Mt Eliza’s two points, leaving 16 points between the teams.
In the third, Mt Eliza scored 3.2 to Devon Meadow’s 2.2.
Mt Eliza flew ahead in the final quarter by scoring 7.2 to Devon Meadows’ 1.3, leaving Mt Eliza to win by 57 points.
Despite losing in the first quarter, Dromana were able to win against Frankston YCW.
The Stonecats scored 4.2 to Dromana’s 4.0 in the first quarter.
In the second, Frankston YCW scored 2.2 while Dromana scored 4.4, leaving Dromana ahead by 12 points.
Dromana scored 3.3 in the third quarter while Frankston YCW was only able to score 1.5.
In the fourth, Frankston YCW scored 4.3 and Dromana scored 2.3, leaving Dromana to win the game by 14 points.
Darcy Murr was able to score three goals for Frankston YCW. Reece Wilde scored three goals for Dromana.
Langwarrin secured a win against Pines.
One goal separated the teams in the first quarter, with Langwarrin on 2.2 and Pines on 1.2.
In the second, Langwarrin scored 7.3 while Pines scored 3.0, leaving Langwarrin ahead by 33 points.
Langwarrin continued to climb in the third quarter, scoring 3.2 to Pines’ 2.5.
In the final, Langwarrin scored 7.2 while Pines was only able to score three points, leaving Langwarrin to win by 83 points.
Mornington has continued with its resurgent 2026 season with a win against Sorrento.
Mornington lost its first six games in 2026, but has now won three of its past four.
On Saturday, Mornington took an early lead after scoring 8.5 while Sorrento only scored 0.2.
In the quarter before the long break, Mornington scored 1.5 while Sorrento scored 4.2, leaving a 36 point difference between the teams.
In the third quarter, Sorrento scored 3.3 to Mornington’s 4.2.
Sorrento had a great comeback in the final quarter, scoring 6.4 to Mornington’s 0.5, but Mornington still was ahead when it counted and won by six points.
MEN’S DIV TWO SEN
SEAFORD lost their spot on top of the ladder after a loss against Red Hill.
In the first quarter, Red Hill held Seaford to 1.1 while scoring 3.5 themselves, taking an early lead.
Red Hill began to climb in the quarter before the long break, scoring 5.5 while Seaford were only able to score 2.1, leaving a 38 point gap between the teams.
Seaford were able to win the third quarter by scoring 2.3, but Red Hill remained in the lead, scoring 1.2.
In the final quarter, Seaford were only able to score one point while Red Hill ran away with their lead, scoring 5.3 and winning by 63 points.
Logan Sandford was able to score an outstanding five goals for Red Hill. Sam Mackinder scored two goals for Seaford.
Bonbeach took a win at their home ground against Crib Point.
In the first quarter, the scores were tight, with Bonbeach on 18 points and leading by only two points.
In the second, Bonbeach scored 3.4 while Crib Point scored 2.1.
The teams were separated by only ten points after the third quarter, due to Crib Point scoring 3.4 and Bonbeach scoring 3.3.
Crib Point were only able to score one goal in the final quarter while Bonbeach scored 1.5, allowing Bonbeach to win by 15 points.
Chelsea flew to the top of the ladder after their win against Rye.
Chelsea went into the game strongly, scoring 10.2 in the first quarter while Rye only scored 3.1, leaving a 43 point difference between the teams.
Rye were able to win the second quarter by scoring four points while Chelsea only managed to score one.
In the third quarter, Chelsea scored 3.5 while Rye scored 1.1.
Chelsea were able to take their win after scoring 2.2 in the final quarter to Rye’s 3.0, leaving Chelsea to win by 52 points.
Hastings were able to secure a win against Tyabb, who remain without a win still in 2026.
The scores were close in the first quarter, with Tyabb scoring 3.1 and Hastings scoring 3.5.
Tyabb were only able to score one point in the second quarter while Hastings scored 3.8, leaving Hastings ahead by 29 points.
In the third, Hastings began to take an easy lead, scoring 4.4 to Tyabb’s 1.2.
Hastings were able to score a further 6.2 in the final quarter while Tyabb were only able to score 4.5, leaving Hastings to win by 58 points.
Pearcedale came out on top in their clash against Somerville.
Pearcedale started out strongly, scoring 6.5 in the first quarter to Somerville’s 1.3.
In the second, Somerville doubled their score while Pearcedale continued to climb, scoring 4.5 and taking a 52 point lead.
Somerville scored four points in the third quarter while Pearcedale scored 1.6.
In the final quarter, Somerville scored 5.3 to Pearcedale’s 2.3, but were unable to take the lead, allowing Pearcedale to win by 42 points.
Michael Hibberd was able to score three goals for Somerville. Luke Daniel scored four goals for Pearcedale.
WOMEN’S DIV ONE SEN
WARRAGUL Industrials remain undefeated for the 2026 season after their win against Tyabb.
In the first quarter, The Dusties were able to stop Tyabb from scoring at all while scoring 22 points themselves.
Tyabb managed to score one point in quarter two, while Warragul scored a further 2.2, leaving them ahead by 35 points at the long break.
Tyabb were unable to score in the third quarter while Warragul continued to climb, scoring 4.4.
In the final quarter, Tyabb scored one goal while Warragul scored 1.2, allowing Warragul Industrials to win by 65 points.
Karingal gained their ninth win of the season after their clash against Hastings/Balnarring.
Both teams started out slowly, with Karingal scoring two points in the first quarter and Hastings/Balnarring scoring one.
Karingal were able to score 2.1 in the quarter before the long break while Hastings/Balnarring scored a single goal, leaving Karingal up by eight points.
Hastings/Balnarring were unable to score at all in the third quarter, while Karingal gained some spirit and scored 3.4.
In the final quarter, Hastings/Balnarring scored one point while Karingal scored 1.3, leaving Karingal to win by 38 points.
Karingal now sit second on the ladder behind Warragul, and one win clear of Mornington.
A clash between the third and fourth team on the ladder resulted in Mornington beating Frankston.
The Bulldogs started out strongly, scoring four goals in the first quarter while Frankston scored 2.1.
In the second, Frankston were unable to score while Mornington scored a further 1.3, leaving them up by 20 points.
Frankston held Mornington to a single goal in the third quarter while scoring 3.1 themselves, leaving Frankston to trail by seven points going into the last.
In the fourth quarter, each team scored two goals, which left Mornington to win by seven points.
Seikula Drodrolagi was able to score three goals for Frankston. Tenae Browne scored two goals for Mornington.
Pearcedale did not let home ground advantage go to waste and left their game against Bonbeach with a win.
Pearcedale started out by scoring 2.2 while Bonbeach were unable to put a score on the board.
In the second quarter, Bonbeach were finally able to score one point while Pearcedale doubled their own score, leaving them ahead by 27 points.
In the third quarter, Bonbeach scored 0.3 to Pearcedale’s 1.2.
Bonbeach were able to score one goal in the final quarter while Pearcedale scored 2.3, allowing the latter to win by 41 points.
